Where Serious Records Get Made
Curtis Schwartz Studio is a private residential recording studio in Sussex, combining an exceptional working environment with decades of production, mixing and mastering experience.
Projects can be developed from the ground up, mixed and mastered remotely from anywhere in the world, or handled in person at the studio.
Recent work includes three consecutive albums for Yes, most recently Aurora (2026), reflecting long-term involvement across the project, from recording through to the final stereo, 5.1 Surround Sound and Dolby Atmos mixes, as well as mastering.
Why Artists Return
The best projects are built on trust, continuity and musical judgment. Artists, producers and labels come back when they know the work will be handled with care, clarity and a deep understanding of what the record needs.
That can mean shaping a project from the ground up, bringing perspective to a mix, or delivering a final master that feels finished, confident and ready for release. Just as importantly, it means being reliable under pressure, easy to work with, and fully committed to serving the music.
Three consecutive albums with Yes reflect the kind of repeat trust that serious records are built on.
